昨天NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS发布了四月份的房屋销售数据。包括Washington州的西部地区，seasonally adjusted annual rate与上个月比较，下跌了1.6%。但是与一年前相比，则略微上涨了0.8%。
No seasonally adjusted则更为鼓舞人心，与上个月相比，西部地区的房屋销售数量大幅上涨了14.7%，与一年前持平。
在房价方面，如果以房屋中间价计量，四月份比三月份房价上涨4.1%。如果以房屋平均价计量，上涨幅度是5.1%。
根据Northwest MLS四月份的房屋销售数据分析，Eastside的房屋中间价与三月份比较，不同地区互有涨跌:

The 20-city composite index was at 139.27, holding just a hair above its 2009 low of 139.26. Average home prices across the United States are back to levels where they were in the summer of 2003.
Prices in the 20 cities have fallen 3.3 percent year over year, in line with expectations.
Standard & Poor’s/Case-Shiller 20-city index 星期二发表了从12月份到1月份的房屋销售价格指数。
从表上看，从12月份到1月份，西雅图的房屋价格下降了2.4%。从去年1月份到今年1月份，价格则下降了6.7%。Portland的房价，12月到1月下降了1.8%，全年则下降7.8%。
全国范围内，除了Washington D.C.以外，其它19个城市房价均在下降。全年房屋价格下降幅度，Seattle排名第7位：
